World’s most Slow Motion RC helicopter

World’s most Slow Motion RC helicopter – Normally the rotor blades on a helicopter like this would be spinning at around 2000+ RPMs. It has been slowed down to around 40 RPMs. Notice the slight coning of the blades. That is, the blades bend/flex upward from the root to the tip, a phenomenon present in all helicopters.

Blade 400 3D Remote Control Micro Helicopter RTF EFLH1400

Training flights of the Blade 400 3D RTF helicopter. Not much to see, but it is very stable. The Heli itself is nowhere near the quality of a Trex but then again a TREX needs all the extra bits to complete plus a lot of knowledge and time to assemble. Also it works out that even a basic TREX will cost double what one of these does. The Frame of the Heli is a little too plastic and a one piece affair but apears to be of reasonable quality. We have three of these flying at our club and the owners seem happy enough, especially when set up by our heli Guru. The E-Flite Blade 400 3D is designed to give intermediate to advanced RC helicopter pilots a ready-to-fly experience like no other. It comes 100% factory built and flight tested so you can get flying right away. There is nothing left to assemble or set up. The E-Flite Blade 400 3D radio control helicopter is ready for hovering and 3D aerobatics as soon as you finish charging the battery. And you can fly it just about anywhere, anytime thanks to the included Spektrum 2.4GHz DX6i radio system that avoids interference with other RC users, even those on other 2.4GHz systems.
