Mauldulator on walkie talkie 3

This is the Mauldulator board driving a GE 3-5980a. It shows the extreme audio bandwidth, and envelope growth. Sorry for the low audio. The Maululator can achieve up to +300% if the carrier is turned down, but it would be very bad sounding on a non synchronous receiver, and it takes too much dynamic headroom.

The Motorola Radio P-200 Handie-Talkie which was built in the early 90’s. It is still a great radio. Dependable and Sturdy. In this video there are 2 versions shown and how to use some of the accessories. If you need just a few channels this radio is a great tool for you. For Businesses or Personal it is cost effective. It is great to use with GMRS (General Motor Radio Service). You DO need a FCC license to operate on GMRS channels and or Business Frequencies. You DON”T need a license to operate on FRS (Family Radio Service)
